This five-day 8+ exam prep workshop is suitable for current Year 3 students taking their 8+ examinations in the Autumn Term of 2025 and January 2026.
Daily sessions will take place at:
St John’s Church, 152 Lansdowne Crescent, London W11 2NN.
The 8+ exam prep workshop will consist of 2 hours of English and Verbal Reasoning and 2 hours of Maths and Non-Verbal Reasoning daily. There will be two small breaks and one longer break halfway through the day.
The Maths Club: 10:00AM - 12:00PM
The Maths Club sessions will include mental arithmetic, written calculation questions, and problem-solving. Using questions from previous examinations, we will ensure the students are equipped to solve problems in a systematic and coherent way.
The English Club: 12:15AM - 02:00PM
The English Club sessions will consist of comprehension, composition, verbal reasoning, and dictation and are tailored to cover and emulate the most up-to-date content in the examinations.
TLC also welcomes children who are not preparing for an exam but simply want to develop their skills.
