The 4+ Club: Holiday Workshop- 20.7.26-24.7.26- 9:30am-11:30am

£500.00

Monday 20th July-Friday 24th July

Suitable for: Children preparing for Reception entry in 2027

Time: 9:30-11:30

Location: St John’s Church, 152 Lansdowne Crescent, London W11 2NN

Our gentle and engaging five-day workshop is meticulously designed to give nursery-aged children a comprehensive, structured boost ahead of their 4+ assessments. Crafted to look and feel like an exciting playdate, the daily schedule includes two short breaks and one longer break halfway through the morning to ensure our youngest learners stay happy, focused, and energised.

Each day is evenly split into two core developmental blocks:

  • Early Literacy, Communication & Socialisation: These interactive sessions focus on early phonics, letter recognition, and vocabulary building alongside crucial school-readiness skills. Through guided group play, children practice listening to multi-step instructions, sharing, and collaborating confidently with peers in a new environment.

  • Early Numeracy, Reasoning & Fine Motor Skills: Focusing on foundational number concepts, shapes, and early problem-solving games. We also incorporate hands-on activities that enhance fine motor dexterity and spatial awareness, beautifully emulating the tasks and expectations of the latest London day school play-assessments.

Parental Attendance: To ensure our youngest learners feel fully supported, we ask that a parent or carer remains on-site throughout the session to assist with toileting and help settle any children who may feel hesitant. You are most welcome to relax in the church’s on-site café, where you can stay close by while enjoying a coffee.
